Oral hygiene is very important for a good mouth

For maintenance of our practice of keeping our teeth clean and healthy and improve our oral hygiene, we should graze our teeth with a device made of light wires set into a firm handle and a relatively little flat narrow piece of toothpaste, containing salt of hydrofluoric acid. When we graze the teeth we should rotate the device meant for grazing our teeth in a manner resembling a circle. The small amount of the food that is involuntarily pushed under the tissue covering the jaw bones around the base of the teeth, will be taken out if we graze in this way. It will take quite a long time to properly graze our teeth.

We should not gulp the paste that is meant for grazing the teeth .We should wash our mouth perfectly with water after grazing our teeth. We have to use a special kind of strong string meant to clean the area between our teeth and the tissue covering the jaw bones around the base of the teeth. This device is used to take out the small amount of food and also to prevent bacteria to breed forming a hard surface on the base of our teeth

We have to catch a little part of the said string with our middle fingers tightly to take out the small fragments of the food. By doing so the portions of the space between our teeth and also the end of the line of the tissue supporting the.jaw bone around the base of our teeth will be perfectly made tidy. This strong string has to be used from starting to finishing point by taking it out of your fingers, and also at night before you sleep. The tissue covering the jaw bones around the base of the teeth may get affected and blood might come out.

Nowadays the infection caused by bacteria in the soft tissue covering the jaw bones around the base of the teeth leads to several complications .Blood clots may be formed in the blood vessels that encircle the heart and babies will be born prematurely with very little weight.  Progressive decomposition of the teeth can be stopped to protect the soft tissue covering the jaw bones around the base of our teeth. If excessive quantities of sweets and starches are consumed a sour tasting liquid is formed that spoils the glossy substance that forms the base of the teeth.

The large amount of sugar and starch found in most of the sweets like candies, biscuits which are baked, aerated drinks and synthetic juices of various fruits form the hard surface on the teeth combined with bacteria. Persons having delicate teeth are affected more by having too hot or too cold food. It can be said, for example that a person having delicate teeth will be affected by eating ice cream. In course of time the base of the teeth entity might be damaged by breaking down of a minute portion of the teeth, the starting line of the teeth going inside the mouth and the nerves becoming abnormal and delicate. The disease of the tissue covering the jaw bones around the teeth starts with the hard surface formed with bacteria breeding on it. Blood will come out easily and the area becomes tumid. Teeth may come out in course of time or taken out by a dentist. Precaution should be taken to ensure that you do not suffer from this disease by regular grazing and by maintaining oral hygiene. Foul smell emitted by us when we inhale and exhale is due to the tiny speck of the food that remains in our mouth. Mouth ulcers can be cured by taking medicines killing the bacteria present in the mouth.
